About our staff

Fitz Home Childcare is a private, home- based childcare service dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Operated from a loving home, Fitz Home Childcare offers personalized care and attention, fostering a sense of comfort and belonging. While not a licensed facility, the focus is on creating a supportive setting that encourages early learning through play, creativity, and positive social interaction. About us

Our dedicated team includes four full-time staff members, all with impeccable references and a shared passion for early childhood development. One of our staff is a Developmental Services Worker graduate, fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), and brings over 25 years of experience supporting children with developmental disabilities. ASL is thoughtfully integrated into our daily programming, helping all children develop communication skills and appreciation for inclusive learning. Another valued team member has over 30 years of experience providing care and support to families, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing presence to our home. Rounding out our team are two energetic and creative young ladies who bring fun, imagination, and fresh ideas to our daily activities.
